Un espace publique qui est celui de l\u2019Etat, et un espace publique qui est ethnique et communautaire. Et c\u2019est la non-articulation entre ces deux espaces qui cr\u00e9ent un probl\u00e8me.<br \/>\nCe n\u2019est pas l\u2019effacement de l\u2019ethnicit\u00e9 qui va r\u00e9soudre le probl\u00e8me. C\u2019est comment articuler ces deux logiques pour cr\u00e9er un espace propre, qui est le produit de l\u2019histoire propre des soci\u00e9t\u00e9s africaines pour pouvoir aboutir \u00e0 un \u00e9quilibre o\u00f9 l\u2019ethnicit\u00e9 n\u2019est plus une ressource politique exclusive.
