Apr\u00e8s avoir \u00e9tudi\u00e9 le transfert des technologie dans le secteur de la p\u00eache, il r\u00e9fl\u00e9chit d\u00e9sormais aux questions de transfert de connaissance et comment les soci\u00e9t\u00e9s s&rsquo;approprient des id\u00e9e venues d&rsquo;ailleurs.<\/p>\n<p>Ci-dessous quelques verbatims.<\/p>\n<p>Sur l\u2019importance du travail dans le d\u00e9veloppement:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>Quand on veut s\u2019engager dans une dynamique de d\u00e9veloppement, on ne peut pas ne pas s\u2019occuper du travail. Le travail est le moteur du d\u00e9veloppement parce que, c\u2019est \u00e0 partir des activit\u00e9s du travail qu\u2019on doit trouver une forme de d\u00e9veloppement adapt\u00e9e \u00e0 nos r\u00e9alit\u00e9s locales. C\u2019est \u00e0 partir des ressources mobilis\u00e9es dans le travail (les techniques, les savoirs, les valeurs) que l\u2019on va pouvoir faire en sorte que le d\u00e9veloppement que l\u2019on met en place soit un style de d\u00e9veloppement qui nous ressemble.<br \/>\nOr la plupart du temps, le travail qui int\u00e9resse les d\u00e9cideurs, les partenaires techniques et financiers ainsi que les politiques ce n\u2019est que le travail en tant qu\u2019emploi, ce qui n\u2019est que l\u2019un des aspects du travail. Ils ne s\u2019int\u00e9ressent pas au travail non marchand et tr\u00e8s peu au travail informel.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Les d\u00e9fis du syst\u00e8me \u00e9ducatif aux Comores<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>&#8211; Il y a un d\u00e9fi en terme de qualit\u00e9 de l\u2019\u00e9ducation. La qualit\u00e9 du syst\u00e8me \u00e9ducatif comorien a beaucoup r\u00e9gress\u00e9 \u00e0 ce niveau. Et si le niveau de l\u2019enseignement et de l\u2019apprentissage au niveau du primaire est mauvais, c\u2019est tout le reste qui est hypoth\u00e9qu\u00e9<br \/>\n&#8211; Il y a un d\u00e9fi au niveau de la diversification de l\u2019offre de formation dans le secondaire. Actuellement un enfant qui arrive dans le secondaire n\u2019a qu\u2019une possibilit\u00e9, s\u2019orienter vers l\u2019enseignement g\u00e9n\u00e9ral. S\u2019il n\u2019en a ni les capacit\u00e9s, ni le temp\u00e9rament, c\u2019est tant pis pour lui. Il doit se d\u00e9brouiller ou rester sur la touche.<br \/>\n&#8211; Il y a un d\u00e9fi au niveau de la professionnalisation des formations dans l\u2019enseignement sup\u00e9rieur. Il faut assurer des formations qui pr\u00e9parent des dipl\u00f4m\u00e9s qui sont aptes \u00e0 s\u2019int\u00e9grer dans le march\u00e9 du travail.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Sur l\u2019impact de la colonisation dans les esprits et le pr\u00e9sent comorien<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>Nous devons faire le deuil de l\u2019esclavage et de la colonisation. A condition que le contexte s\u2019y pr\u00eate. Aujourd\u2019hui, on  ne peut pas encore, parce que la d\u00e9colonisation n\u2019est pas encore achev\u00e9e.
