In 2014, Lungangira published a book titled \u00ab\u00a0Local Content in Supplier Development\u201d. She is a change agent in the local content space in Tanzania. <\/p>\n<p>Neema Lungangira took some time with TA to present her research findings on local content and development. She addresses the issue of local participation in the value added production chain and analyzes to what extent can African countries shift from raw materials suppliers to values added producers in the oil and gas industry?
