L\u2019ind\u00e9pendance, de mon point de vue, est le d\u00e9but de la d\u00e9colonisation. Ce n\u2019est pas la fin de la d\u00e9colonisation.<\/div><\/div>\n<p>Sur le march\u00e9 de l\u2019art<br \/>\n<div class=\"su-quote su-quote-style-default\"><div class=\"su-quote-inner su-u-clearfix su-u-trim\">Il est vrai que les collectionneurs sont beaucoup moins africains, qu\u2019europ\u00e9ens ou am\u00e9ricains. Ce qui d\u00e9s\u00e9quilibre la situation des artistes africains qui vivent dans leurs pays d\u2019origine. Tandis que les artistes africains de la diaspora qui vivent dans les grandes m\u00e9tropoles internationales, avec des collectionneurs internationaux, peuvent rencontrer plus de facilit\u00e9, du fait m\u00eame qu\u2019ils sont achet\u00e9s.<\/div><\/div>\n<p>Sur la d\u00e9mocratie<br \/>\n<div class=\"su-quote su-quote-style-default\"><div class=\"su-quote-inner su-u-clearfix su-u-trim\">Contrairement \u00e0 ce que certaines puissances occidentales ont pu d\u00e9velopper comme politique, la d\u00e9mocratie ne s\u2019exporte pas, elle ne peut que s\u2019importer. Aucun pays ne peut exporter quelque mod\u00e8le que ce soit sur le plan politique. <\/div><\/div>\n<p>Sur Frantz Fanon<br \/>\n<div class=\"su-quote su-quote-style-default\"><div class=\"su-quote-inner su-u-clearfix su-u-trim\">Frantz Fanon est quelqu\u2019un qui a compris, par cette distance critique qui venait non seulement de sa formation mais aussi du fait qu\u2019il venait d\u2019ailleurs, qu\u2019il n\u2019y avait pas suffisamment de r\u00e9flexion dans les mouvements d\u2019ind\u00e9pendance, sur ce que les gens voulaient pour l\u2019apr\u00e8s ind\u00e9pendance. L\u2019ind\u00e9pendance ne peut pas \u00eatre un objectif en lui-m\u00eame.<\/div><\/div>\n<p>Sur l\u2019art et la politique<br \/>\n<div class=\"su-quote su-quote-style-default\"><div class=\"su-quote-inner su-u-clearfix su-u-trim\">Les effets de l\u2019art ne sont pas du tout les m\u00eames que les effets d\u2019une mesure politique. Par exemple, si on augmente le revenu minimum, l\u2019effet est imm\u00e9diat et est massif.
