Il soul\u00e8ve \u00e9galement les questions du devenir africain.<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab\u00a0<em>Il y a une indiff\u00e9rence des hommes politiques africains \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9gard des intellectuels africains. Les politiques publiques ne sont pas instruites par une expertise locale. Les responsables politiques ont nourrit une forme de r\u00e9pulsion \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9gard d\u2019une pens\u00e9e africaine qui existe et sont soucieux de pr\u00e9server le pouvoir. Ainsi, tout l\u2019apport intellectuel africain n\u2019est pas consid\u00e9r\u00e9 dans la sph\u00e8re politique. (&#8230;) Je ne pense pas que l\u2019avenir d\u2019un peuple consiste \u00e0 se projeter hors de lui.
