En t\u00eate de ce mouvement de contestation, le jeune homme d\u2019affaires Andjy Rajoelina, qui prendra les commandes du pays pour une difficile p\u00e9riode de transition marqu\u00e9e par les multiples rebondissements d\u2019une interminable crise politique. Pour r\u00e9soudre ce conflit, les m\u00e9diateurs des pays d\u2019Afrique australe sont parvenus \u00e0 convaincre les deux principaux protagonistes \u00e0 renoncer \u00e0 la prochaine comp\u00e9tition \u00e9lectorale, et m\u00eame \u00e0 se retirer du jeu politique. L\u2019un apr\u00e8s l\u2019autre, Ravalomanana et Rajoelina ont donc d\u00e9cid\u00e9 de ne pas \u00eatre candidats \u00e0 la pr\u00e9sidentielle pr\u00e9vue en mai prochain.
