Pourtant, c\u2019est aussi le continent o\u00f9 les populations disposent du moins de moyens pour s\u2019adapter \u00e0 cette nouvelle donne environnementale. Quelles solutions africaines pour s\u2019adapter au changement climatique ? Comment concilier d\u00e9veloppement et d\u00e9veloppement durable ?
