D\u2019abord, comme initiatrice du processus de transition politique au B\u00e9nin et ensuite, un r\u00e9el contrepoids face aux man\u0153uvres politiques au S\u00e9n\u00e9gal. L\u2019auteur essaie de d\u00e9montrer le fait que la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 civile est un concept controvers\u00e9 et polys\u00e9mique. Il part de l\u2019analyse selon laquelle, l\u2019id\u00e9e de soci\u00e9t\u00e9 civile a une connotation dynamique qui reste influenc\u00e9e par des enjeux socio-\u00e9conomiques et de l\u2019intensit\u00e9 relationnelle entre acteurs sociaux et les politiques. En analysant, l\u2019exp\u00e9rience b\u00e9ninoise de transition politique de 1990, l\u2019auteur d\u00e9duit le caract\u00e8re ind\u00e9niable de la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e0 la fois comme catalyseur de bonne gouvernance. Ensuite, comme une ar\u00e8ne de potentielle formation ou de l\u00e9gitimit\u00e9 de parcours des futurs professionnels de la politique. Enfin, il analyse \u00e0 travers l\u2019exp\u00e9rience s\u00e9n\u00e9galaise, la naissance d\u2019un nouvel activisme de contestation des d\u00e9rives politiques par des mouvements de jeunes qui \u00e9mergent sur le continent africain.<\/p>\n<p><strong>CONTEXTE DE LA NOTE:<\/strong><br \/>\nCette note d\u2019analyse politique et de recherche, s\u2019ins\u00e8re dans un contexte socio-politique ouest-africain marqu\u00e9 par des projets de r\u00e9visions constitutionnelles. A cela, s\u2019ajoute le d\u00e9bat sur l\u2019imbrication et la confusion de la sph\u00e8re politique et celle de la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 civile.
