Pr\u00e9vu initialement pour un semestre, il avait \u00e9t\u00e9 prolong\u00e9 le 29 mars pour quatre mois suppl\u00e9mentaires.<\/p>\n<p>Cette mesure d\u2019exception a \u00e9t\u00e9 mise en place suite au drame de Bishoftu, survenu le 2 octobre 2016. Lors du festival Irreecha, embl\u00e9matique de l\u2019ethnie oromo majoritaire dans le pays, de violents mouvements de foule ont provoqu\u00e9 la mort d\u2019une dizaine de personnes.
