Malgr\u00e9 la multiplicit\u00e9 des initiatives, les conflits intercommunautaires, les remous sociaux, les d\u00e9solations cr\u00e9ent par le ph\u00e9nom\u00e8ne des enfants en conflits avec la loi \u00ab microbes \u00bb ainsi que les mutineries corporatistes ne cessent de se multiplier.<br \/>\nCette r\u00e9flexion d\u00e9montre en quoi la RSS constitue un processus complexe, en la mettant en rapport avec le processus de D\u00e9sarmement D\u00e9mobilisation R\u00e9int\u00e9gration (DDR), en montrant ses impacts sur le processus de consolidation de la paix et ses exigences li\u00e9es aux r\u00e9formes institutionnelles et \u00e0 l\u2019acc\u00e8s \u00e0 une justice impartiale.
