Comment la question du genre intervient-elle dans la prise de d\u00e9cision ? Leadership et genre, quelles sont les passerelles et relations ? Comment affirmer son leadership ? Il y a-t-il un leadership f\u00e9minin ?<\/p>\r\n<p>Du 3 au 5 d\u00e9cembre 2018, Thinking Africa a co-anim\u00e9 avec l\u2019Ecole Nationale d\u2019Administration (repr\u00e9sent\u00e9e par l\u2019experte Genre de l\u2019AFD) un s\u00e9minaire de formation intitul\u00e9 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.francophonie.org\/renforcement-capacites-femmes-fonctionnaires-Union-africaine-egalite-femmes-hommes-49406.html\">\u00ab Genre, leadership et participation des femmes aux structures de responsabilit\u00e9 en Afrique \u00bb<\/a>. Cette formation s\u2019inscrit dans le cadre du programme de renforcement du fran\u00e7ais de l&rsquo;Organisation internationale de la Francophonie (OIF) et est pilot\u00e9 par la Repr\u00e9sentation de l&rsquo;OIF \u00e0 l&rsquo;Union africaine qui coordonne l\u2019organisation de formations \u00e0 destination des cadres de l\u2019Union africaine et des missions francophones africaines bas\u00e9es \u00e0 Addis-Abeba, avec l\u2019appui de l\u2019Union Africaine et de l\u2019ambassade de France en Ethiopie.<\/p>\r\n<p>L\u2019objectif de ce s\u00e9minaire, qui a r\u00e9uni une vingtaine de femmes fonctionnaires de l&rsquo;Union africaine et des missions diplomatiques africaines francophones, \u00e9tait de renforcer les comp\u00e9tences sur les notions de leadership, du genre et de la participation des femmes aux responsabilit\u00e9s.<\/p>\r\n<p>Associant approche participative et introspection, exercices de groupes et expos\u00e9s th\u00e9oriques, simulations et mise en pratique, partage d\u2019exp\u00e9riences et co-cr\u00e9ation, la formation que Thinking Africa a propos\u00e9e s\u2019est d\u00e9roul\u00e9e en trois temps : Le premier jour, nous avons travaill\u00e9 sur les perspectives et perceptions des notions de leadership et de genre ;
