La famille Barry a la profonde douleur de vous annoncer le d\u00e9c\u00e8s de notre fils, petit-fils, mari, p\u00e8re, fr\u00e8re, Mamoudou survenu ce 20 juillet 2019 dans l’apr\u00e8s-midi.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Enseignant-chercheur en Guin\u00e9e et en France, membre de l’\u00e9quipe de recherche de Thinking Africa<\/a>, docteur en Droit de l’Universit\u00e9 de Rouen Normandie, Mamoudou Barry a soutenu une brillante th\u00e8se sur \u00ab\u00a0Les politiques fiscales et douani\u00e8res en mati\u00e8re d’investissements \u00e9trangers en Afrique francophone\u00a0: le cas du secteur des ressources naturelles extractives\u00a0\u00bb<\/a>, le 27 juin 2019. Ses recherches ont \u00e9t\u00e9 unanimement salu\u00e9es par le jury comme une \u0153uvre pionni\u00e8re dans le domaine. Ainsi, par d\u00e9rogation \u00e0 l’arr\u00eat\u00e9 du 25 mai 2016 qui supprime les mentions, il a \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9cid\u00e9 exceptionnellement, \u00e0 l’unanimit\u00e9 du jury, de lui accorder la mention tr\u00e8s honorable avec les f\u00e9licitations du jury.<\/p>\n

Mamoudou est mari\u00e9 et p\u00e8re d\u2019une fille. Il a \u00e9t\u00e9 victime d’une agression verbale puis physique d’une extr\u00eame violence<\/a> qui lui ont caus\u00e9 des l\u00e9sions c\u00e9r\u00e9brales et l’ont mis dans un coma profond d\u00e8s la soir\u00e9e du 19 juillet.
\nIl a rendu l’\u00e2me le 20 juillet dans l’apr\u00e8s-midi. Le Procureur de la R\u00e9publique s’est saisi de l’Affaire et l’enqu\u00eate est en cours.<\/p>\n

Nous perdons un homme de valeur, de consensus, un conciliateur, un brillant intellectuel pluridisciplinaire.
\nMamoudou a toujours \u00e9t\u00e9 un guide pour les \u00e9tudiants, un exemple pour ses coll\u00e8gues et un p\u00e8re de famille d\u00e9vou\u00e9<\/a>.<\/p>\n
