{"id":7000,"date":"2019-09-17T20:37:02","date_gmt":"2019-09-17T18:37:02","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.thinkingafrica.org\/V2\/?p=7000"},"modified":"2021-05-25T15:53:56","modified_gmt":"2021-05-25T13:53:56","slug":"thinking-africa-sur-lalgerie-a-lhorizon-2040","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.thinkingafrica.org\/V2\/thinking-africa-sur-lalgerie-a-lhorizon-2040\/","title":{"rendered":"Thinking Africa sur l&rsquo;Alg\u00e9rie \u00e0 l&rsquo;horizon 2040"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Les 11 et 12 septembre 2019 \u00e0 Tunis, l\u2019ISS (Institute for Security Studies), en collaboration avec le Gouvernement des Pays-Bas, la fondation Hanns Seidel et l\u2019agence su\u00e9doise de la coop\u00e9ration internationale, a organis\u00e9 un atelier intitul\u00e9 \u00ab L\u2019avenir de l\u2019Alg\u00e9rie: atelier de consultation sur les donn\u00e9es \u00bb auquel Thinking Africa a particip\u00e9.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Chercheure \u00e0 Thinking Africa, Dr Samia Chabouni, enseignante \u00e0 l\u2019universit\u00e9 de Jijel (Alg\u00e9rie) a repr\u00e9sent\u00e9 l&rsquo;institut lors de ce workshop dont l&rsquo;objectif \u00e9tait d&rsquo;obtenir les points de vue d&rsquo;experts nationaux sur l&rsquo;avenir de l&rsquo;Alg\u00e9rie \u00e0 l&rsquo;horizon 2040, \u00e0 travers diff\u00e9rentes dimensions (la d\u00e9mographie, la sant\u00e9, l&rsquo;\u00e9ducation, les infrastructures, l&rsquo;\u00e9conomie, le commerce, la croissance et la gouvernance, entre autres).<\/p>\n<p>Samia a, entre autres, fait une pr\u00e9sentation sur le mouvement social actuel en Alg\u00e9rie sous le titre : \u00ab Le Hirak et les perspectives d\u2019avenir en Alg\u00e9rie \u00bb. Il s&rsquo;agissait pout elle de donner une analyse sur la situation politico-sociale en Alg\u00e9rie, tout en se penchant sur l\u2019avenir du pays. Il s&rsquo;agissait \u00e9galement de regarder l\u2019avenir du pays aux yeux du Hirak (\u00ab Le mouvement \u00bb en fran\u00e7ais), en se focalisant sur les aspects positifs du mouvement.<\/p>\n<p>Dr Chabouni a abord\u00e9 les atouts humains &#8211; \u00e0 savoir la jeunesse qui repr\u00e9sente 70% de la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 alg\u00e9rienne et exprime son aspiration d\u00e9mocratique &#8211; le r\u00f4le de la femme dans le mouvement, mais aussi l\u2019importance et le r\u00f4le de la diaspora alg\u00e9rienne, tr\u00e8s attach\u00e9e \u00e0 son pays. Elle a questionn\u00e9 l\u2019avenir du Hirak en s\u2019appuyant sur ses caract\u00e9ristiques positives (pacifisme et cr\u00e9ativit\u00e9, caract\u00e8re national, civisme et organisation, solidarit\u00e9 et union, r\u00e9sistance) qui, selon elle, s\u2019affichent comme des indicateurs structurels du changement. A la fin, elle a soulev\u00e9 les d\u00e9fis \u00e0 relever apr\u00e8s le 22 f\u00e9vrier 2019, que les nouveaux dirigeants alg\u00e9riens doivent affronter dans les mois prochains.<\/p>\n<p>Il faut souligner que l\u2019objectif de l\u2019atelier \u00e9tait d\u2019ouvrir la r\u00e9flexion et le d\u00e9bat sur l\u2019avenir de l\u2019Alg\u00e9rie en consultant des experts alg\u00e9riens, dans le but de r\u00e9diger un rapport sur les trajectoires actuelles de l\u2019Alg\u00e9rie et la Tunisie jusqu\u2019en 2040, c\u2019est-\u00e0-dire un rapport sur les sc\u00e9narios envisageables concernant chacun de ces pays.
