Pendant longtemps, certains pays n\u2019ont cess\u00e9 de construire ou de reconstruire leurs pays apr\u00e8s l\u2019\u00e9preuve de la violence. Pour cette conf\u00e9rence, nous proposons une nouvelle mani\u00e8re de repenser \u00abla politique de Reconstruction Post-Conflit au Sahel\u00bb, d\u2019apr\u00e8s ce qui s\u2019y vit vraiment et non d\u2019apr\u00e8s une vision fantasm\u00e9e.
