Bien qu\u2019innovante cette activit\u00e9 comporte des enjeux politiques, socio\u00e9conomiques et environnementaux.<\/p>\n<p><strong>CONTEXTE : <\/strong><br \/>\nL\u2019urbanisation acc\u00e9l\u00e9r\u00e9e des villes africaines et l\u2019accroissement de la population citadine cause le probl\u00e8me de la mobilit\u00e9 urbaine. La ville de Bangui dans son expansion pose un probl\u00e8me accru de mobilit\u00e9 urbaine. La commune de Bangui ne disposant pas d\u2019une r\u00e9gie de transport en commun s\u2019appuie sur l\u2019entreprenariat particulier dans le transport en commun \u00e0 travers les taxis (voitures peint en jaune) et les mini \u2013 bus peint en vert qui effectuent des liaisons entre les diff\u00e9rents points de la ville et sur les diff\u00e9rents axes. Celui-ci ne pouvant desservir tous les coins se trouve limiter dans cette t\u00e2che. Au vu de ses nombreuses difficult\u00e9s nous assistons \u00e0 l\u2019apparition de cette nouvelle mode de mobilit\u00e9 urbaine (taxi \u2013moto).<\/p>\n<p><strong>IDEES MAJEURES : <\/strong><br \/>\n&#8211; Le d\u00e9veloppement des motos taxis d\u00e9montre la d\u00e9faillance des pouvoirs publics dans la mobilit\u00e9 urbaine, p\u00e9riurbaine et m\u00eame rurale. Car non r\u00e9glement\u00e9 le co\u00fbt des transports est fix\u00e9 par les propri\u00e9taires des v\u00e9hicules et motos en fonction de la situation \u00e9conomique et de leurs int\u00e9r\u00eats sans tenir compte des revenus des usagers.<br \/>\n&#8211; La cr\u00e9ation d\u2019une nouvelle activit\u00e9 socio\u00e9conomique favorisant l\u2019int\u00e9gration socioprofessionnelle des jeunes dipl\u00f4m\u00e9s et\/ ou non ch\u00f4meurs dans la vie active. Mais aussi comme une source extra de revenu \u00e0 d\u2019autres fonctionnaires ou travailleurs \u00e0 faible revenu. Le d\u00e9veloppement de plusieurs activit\u00e9s annexe comme la multiplication des garages sur les axes routiers, le point de vente des carburants frelat\u00e9s et divers points de ventes des pi\u00e8ces de rechanges de motos<br \/>\n&#8211; Une organisation (textes juridiques r\u00e9glementant ce domaine d\u2019activit\u00e9) de ce secteur de l\u2019entreprenariat qui vient au secours de l\u2019\u00c9tat dans la mobilit\u00e9 mais urbaine et p\u00e9riurbaine de la population.<\/p>\n<p><strong>PROBLEMATIQUE : <\/strong><br \/>\n&#8211; Les taxis \u2013 motos peuvent-ils pallier la crise de transport urbain et p\u00e9riurbain dans la ville de Bangui ?<br \/>\n&#8211; Comment a-t-il vu le jour et \u00e9merger en RCA particuli\u00e8rement \u00e0 Bangui ?
