Par Al-hamdi Abdillah<\/p>\n<p><strong>Un s\u00e9minaire de formation sur la n\u00e9gociation et le leadership, \u00e0 destination des directeurs des services centraux et des secr\u00e9taires g\u00e9n\u00e9raux de l\u2019administration a d\u00e9marr\u00e9 le 8 juillet dernier \u00e0 Moroni. Ce programme initi\u00e9 par le Commissariat g\u00e9n\u00e9ral au plan et le minist\u00e8re des affaires \u00e9trang\u00e8res devraient se poursuivre cette semaine. Il est soutenu par la coop\u00e9ration fran\u00e7aise \u00e0 travers le programme franco-comorien de cod\u00e9veloppement et le Pnud.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>De hauts cadres de l\u2019administration ont b\u00e9n\u00e9fici\u00e9 la semaine derni\u00e8re d\u2019une formation aux techniques de n\u00e9gociation dans le cadre du renforcement des capacit\u00e9s des agents de l\u2019Etat et dans le souci de \u00abrenforcer la coh\u00e9sion et la concertation dans l\u2019action gouvernementale pour soutenir le d\u00e9veloppement\u00bb. Les objectifs de ces s\u00e9minaires sont en effet : \u00abde permettre l\u2019acquisition des comp\u00e9tences en n\u00e9gociation et leadership\u00bb ; d\u2019\u00abenrichir les pratiques professionnelles des participants dans la n\u00e9gociation\u00bb et de \u00abd\u00e9velopper la reconnaissance des activit\u00e9s de n\u00e9gociations et leaderships en tant que comp\u00e9tences professionnelles\u00bb.<\/p>\n<p>Ce s\u00e9minaire devrait concerner une cinquantaine de cadres de l\u2019Etat issus des divers d\u00e9partements minist\u00e9riels. Il est anim\u00e9 par un expert franco-comorien, Sa\u00efd Abass Ahamed, professeur de n\u00e9gociation g\u00e9opolitique. Ce dernier a \u00e9t\u00e9 ma\u00eetre de conf\u00e9rences en n\u00e9gociation \u00e0 l\u2019Ecole Nationale d\u2019Administration (ENA), de 2007 \u00e0 2009. Il enseigne dans les facult\u00e9s des sciences politiques de Lille et de la Sorbonne et forme des diplomates africains \u00e0 l\u2019Union Africaine \u00e0 Addis-Abeba.<\/p>\n<p>Cette formation devrait, entres autres, constituer une part des solutions aux faiblesses constat\u00e9es dans la coordination interne \u00e0 formuler une vision partag\u00e9e concernant l\u2019action du gouvernement. Cette formation a re\u00e7u l\u2019appui financier du programme franco-comorien de d\u00e9veloppement et du Pnud.
