Enracin\u00e9e dans une histoire coloniale, la relation Afrique France perd de plus en plus sa cr\u00e9dibilit\u00e9 aupr\u00e8s des jeunes africains qui semblent la tourner le dos et fixer ses regards vers des horizons nouveaux, en raison de sa faiblesse \u00e0 \u00e9manciper le continent. En d\u00e9pit des propositions fortes qui ont \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9mises, de nature \u00e9conomique, politique, social et \u00e9cologique, cette vision humaniste et commune vers le progr\u00e8s semble relative. Le manque de r\u00e9alisme et la r\u00e9sistance de l\u2019hydre imp\u00e9rialiste demeurent les apories de ce sommet. Le d\u00e9veloppement de l\u2019Afrique suppose, pensons-nous, le recours \u00e0 une voie africaine auto-centr\u00e9e.
