Elle est gangren\u00e9e par l\u2019ins\u00e9curit\u00e9 qui ne lui procure aucun d\u00e9veloppement. Un bon nombre de sa population vit dans la peur inimaginable. Tout le jour on parle de cas de mort de massacre et tuerie, des pillages, des incendies et de kidnapping. La plus part de sa population sont des d\u00e9plac\u00e9s et vivent dans des camps de fortune. D\u2019autres sont m\u00eame refugi\u00e9s en Ouganda voisin et ne savent plus vaquer aux activit\u00e9s champ\u00eatres pour leur auto-prise en charge. Alors que les dispositions naturelles de l\u2019Ituri y autorisent la culture d\u2019une palette vari\u00e9e de produits vivriers nonobstant les produits industriels. La pr\u00e9sence d\u2019un relief accident\u00e9 au nord avec une altitude moyenne de 1250 m environ et des sommets au-del\u00e0 de 3000 m font baigner la r\u00e9gion d\u2019un climat qui oscille entre le type tropical humide et le type tropical relativement temp\u00e9r\u00e9, marqu\u00e9 par une petite saison s\u00e8che, peu prononc\u00e9 avec des pr\u00e9cipitations plus ou moins abondantes et r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement reparties tout au long de l\u2019ann\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.thinkingafrica.org\/V2\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/03\/NAP-96_2.pdf\">TELECHARGER LA NOTE EN PDF<\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Par Austin Adegitho Ngabicwaka La Province de l\u2019Ituri est au tournant de son histoire.
