De plus, des facteurs exoge\u0300nes viennent remettre en question les e\u0301quilibres pre\u0301caires creusant davantage le fosse\u0301 entre les e\u0301lites dirigeantes et les populations locales, tout en approfondissant la conflictualite\u0301 dans ces pays. A cela s\u2019ajoutent d\u2019autres de\u0301fis que sont le trafic de drogues et des personnes notamment.
