Il s\u2019impr\u00e8gne d\u2019une culture scientifique qui touche aussi du doigt les difficult\u00e9s majeures de l\u2019Afrique, un lieu qui semble plut\u00f4t une entit\u00e9 vaseuse sans poids ni relief historique. L\u2019appui de la France n\u2019est pas de trop. Diversifi\u00e9, cet apport valorise entre autres, la d\u00e9mocratie, la restitution de la m\u00e9moire des peuples africains, la rencontre des civilisations, l\u2019entrepreneuriat, la lutte contre le changement climatique, la promotion du sport, de l\u2019agriculture et du num\u00e9rique. Seulement, cette tentative de s\u00e9duction de la belle aux bois dormante n\u2019est pas \u00e9vidente. \u00c9clectique, elle para\u00eet moins strat\u00e9gique quand on voit que la mobilit\u00e9 des chercheurs par des bourses visent plut\u00f4t une cooptation au service du capital europ\u00e9en. En outre, l\u2019appui \u00e0 la gestion du Covid-19 favorise la m\u00e9decine conventionnelle au d\u00e9triment des r\u00e9ponses traditionnelles appropri\u00e9es de la riposte locale.
