Les travaux acade\u0301miques sur les rapports entre ce re\u0301gime d\u2019exception et la gouvernance publique privile\u0301gient une approche essentiellement juridique. L\u2019analyse du syste\u0300me d\u2019action concret que mettent en place les ope\u0301rateurs rationnels pour subvertir les re\u0300gles de gestion des affaires publiques et atteindre des objectifs personnels y est peu explore\u0301e. Cet article explore le lien entre militarisation de l\u2019Administration et gouvernance e\u0301conomique dans la province de l\u2019<a href=\"https:\/\/www.thinkingafrica.org\/V2\/?s=ituri\">Ituri<\/a> sous l\u2019e\u0301tat de sie\u0300ge.<\/p>\n<p>Les re\u0301sultats de l\u2019e\u0301tude montrent que l\u2019e\u0301tat de sie\u0300ge phagocyte la gouvernance e\u0301conomique. L\u2019e\u0301tat de sie\u0300ge n\u2019a pas aide\u0301 la Province de l\u2019Ituri a\u0300 booster la gouvernance financie\u0300re pour promouvoir son bien-e\u0302tre collectif. Derrie\u0300re le rideau de l\u2019e\u0301tat de sie\u0300ge, la militarisation de l\u2019administration rivalise avec l\u2019e\u0301conomie de guerre. La caporalisation de la gouvernance financie\u0300re de la province de l\u2019Ituri, conse\u0301cutive a\u0300 la militarisation et a\u0300 la policiarisation de son administration, fait le lit de la monarchie financie\u0300re temporaire et de l\u2019e\u0301conomie de guerre auxquels se livrent les ope\u0301rateurs de la violence arme\u0301e dans cette province.
